"Mexican logistics avoids customs bottlenecks

WeShip expects 59% growth driven by the World Cup and U.S. expansion

WeShip, a Mexican logistics software platform, projects revenues of $3.5 million this year, representing a 59% increase compared to the $2.2 million recorded in 2025.

According to the founder and CEO Adrián Galán, this expansion is driven by our entry into the U.S. market with domestic shipments and increased demand tied to global events such as the World Cup.

Founded in 2021, WeShip currently centralizes logistics for more than a thousand companies, connecting them with major carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

Galán also noted that logistics demand in Mexico often exceeds existing infrastructure capacity, creating pressure on shipping networks and generating potential delays in customs processes. To help address these challenges, WeShip developed operational visibility tools that allow businesses to anticipate transit issues, customs holds, or tax requirements.

As part of its expansion strategy, WeShip is also expanding its offering in the United States for small businesses and marketplaces."
