WeShip recovers after Google Cloud Platform outage on June 12, 2025
On June 12, 2025, from around 12:00 PM, Google Cloud Platform experienced a global outage impacting WeShip and other platforms like Spotify, Google Meet, OpenAI, Etsy, and Shopify. This may cause delays in order updates, label generation, and notifications. We are monitoring in real time, coordinating with GCP support, and activating contingency plans. We recommend checking order flows, postponing non-urgent tasks, and following our status page for updates until full service is restored.
Estafeta reported that during the Hot Sale there will be delays in its delivery services due to increased demand. The ground service will add 3 additional days and the next day service will be delayed by up to 2 days. Users are encouraged to anticipate their shipments to avoid setbacks.
