The Google for Startups Accelerator Latino Founders program announced its first 2023 cohort, selecting 15 high-potential technology startups from the United States and Latin America, including WeShip.
This Google-backed program aims to connect Latino-founded startups in the U.S. with the broader Latin American tech ecosystem, providing access to mentorship, tools, and Google’s global network of experts.
The selected startups were chosen for having a live product, market traction, and strong execution capabilities. They were also recognized for their potential to leverage emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.
As part of this cohort, WeShip joins a group of companies transforming industries such as e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, and logistics through technology
Throughout the program, startups receive support across key areas including product, engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership, helping them strengthen capabilities and accelerate growth.
Upon completion, participating companies become part of the global Google for Startups alumni network, joining other internationally scaled companies within the tech ecosystem.
