🚀 International Shipping with WeShip

Creating international shipping labels is just as easy as always. Simply go to 👉 https://portal.weship.com/orders/new and follow the same process you already know.

The only difference is that when you select a country other than Mexico for an import or export, an additional customs declaration module will appear.

In this step, we’ll ask for a few extra details. It’s important to correctly classify your products and enter the real declared values, as this helps prevent shipments from being held at customs and reduces the risk of delays or issues.

Once that’s done, you can generate your label smoothly and keep shipping worldwide with WeShip 🌍📦

DDU: Your customer pays duties upon delivery.

DDP: You pay duties for final delivery.

Important

You must print:

  • 1 Shipping label
  • 1 Secondary label (only applies to DHL)
  • 3 Commercial invoices
  • 1 Packing slip (optional)

Why are 3 commercial invoices required?

For international shipments, customs authorities and carriers require Three Physical Copies of the commercial invoice to speed up customs clearance:

  • Origin Customs - Export validation.
  • Destination Customs - Import review and tax calculation.
  • Carrier - Internal control during transit.

We know this may be new for some users, which is why we've introduced Lía, our AI-powered virtual assistant. Lía will guide you as you fill out the documentation, helping you complete everything correctly and avoid any issues at customs.

Now you can expand your business and reach the world's largest markets easily, smoothly, and all from one place.
