How do I create a WeShip account?

To create an account with us it is necessary to integrate the application directly from the Shopify app store, you can search for us as WeShip or by entering this link https://apps.shopify.com/weshipcom

I have a business but we are not in e-commerce. Can you help us?

Unfortunately WeShip is a solution exclusively for e-commerce. If you are planning to open an e-commerce website, we can support you with advice. please feel free to contact us via friends@weship.com

I have more than one store in Shopify, is it possible to connect them in a single WeShip account?

Sure! In WeShip it is possible to have all your Shopify stores connected in the same account, in this way you have control of all your stores in one place

I have an e-commerce but I am not on Shopify. Can you help me?

At the moment we only work with Shopify, very soon we will be in more marketplaces. Please send an email to friends@weship.com with your business information and the marketplace you work with to get in touch with you once it’s available.

Shipments and Pickups

To which parts of Mexico do you have shipments?

Our service has coverage throughout all of Mexico as well as shipments abroad.

Which courier companies do you work with?

We work with the most relevant parcels in Mexico such as FedEx and Estafeta with preferential prices regardless of the volume. Very soon we will also be integrating parcels such as UPS, 99 minutes, and Redpack and others

Does the pickup of couriers have additional cost?

No, the courier pickup has no additional cost.

How do I schedule the pickup of a package?

To schedule a pickup, go to the "Shipments" section. Once in the “Shipment” section, click on the “Schedule pickup” button and select the courier with which you want to schedule the pickup. WeShip allows you to schedule for the same day or the next.

Fulfillment

Do you have fulfillment services?

Yes! We have warehouses available in Monterrey, Toluca, Guadalajara, CDMX, Querétaro and San Luis Potosí

I am not from Mexico but I want to start selling my products in the mexican market. Can you help me?

Billing

How does the billing work?

For each deposit generated, invoices are generated automatically, at the end of the month a consumption invoice is generated for all the guides generated during the month. Enter billing info in "Settings" → "General" → "Business Address"

How can I see my account statement?

Very easy! Click on Billing // Invoices. There you can filter the period of time, transfers and guides created

Cancellations and Surcharges

In case there is a problem with my package, who should I contact?

How do you handle the additional charges on my shipments?

Additional charges may be for any of the following situations:

Dimension (measuring more than 121 cm (48 in) on its longest side Weight (a weight greater than 31 kg (70 lb) or in the case of multi-piece shipments, or the average weight of all packages is greater than 31 kg
Packing
1.- Merchandise stands out from the main packaging,
2.- The main packaging is metal, wood, canvas, leather, Styrofoam (eg coolers), plastic, beach, sack, polystyrene foam,
3.- It is in a box covered with beach or plastic without adjusting to it, with the risk of breaking
4.- Have more than two packages together with different dimensions,
5.- Has a cylindrical shape, including, among others, tubes, cans, buckets, barrels, tires,
6.- This tied with rope, rope, masking tape, paper tape, metal strap,
7.- Contains wheels, handles or straps (eg, suitcases),
8.- The boxes are damaged, crushed, broken or wet)

Note: The shape and dimensions of the package may change during the journey, which may affect the dimensional weight of the package and therefore the application of the additional charge. If dimensions change along the way, Parcels can make appropriate adjustments to essential handling charges at any time.

This charge applies per shipment, including multi-pieces. Parcels reserves the right to apply additional charges for handling packages that require special handling or that require the application of additional protective material during transit.

-Heavy shipments: parcel shipments over 68 kg (150 lb)Dimension (applies to any heavy-duty shipment measuring more than 157 cm (62 in.) On its longest side)

This charge is applied per shipment. Parcels reserve the right to apply special handling charges for shipments that are heavy or require the application of additional protective material during transit.

International services

Shipments of packages up to 68kg (150 lb)Dimension (measure over 48 inches (121 cm) from longest side, measure over 30 inches (76 cm) wide, measure over 105 inches (266 cm) in girth.
